Job Description

We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst to This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Experience with agile methodology and participate in all agile ceremonies

  • Review user stories & Acceptance criteria

  • Create test plans (technical & functional) in Service Now

  • Execute test plans to validate functionality and data accuracy. Maintain proper testing documentation in Service Now.

  • Perform regression testing

  • Log and prioritize defects with details for development team to resolve in Service Now. Re-test and validate defects resolved.

  • Support UAT by coordinating with business tester to track their progress and manage defects
