Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short and long-form video content across formats (YouTube, Instagram, platform integrations)
- Build strong narrative flow using raw footage, ensuring:
- Sharp pacing
- Clean cuts
- High audience retention
- Create engaging edits aligned with modern digital content styles (sports, creator-led, social-first)
- Adapt content into multiple formats (vertical, square, landscape)
- Identify and highlight key moments, reactions, and storytelling beats
- Design and integrate motion graphics that enhance video storytelling
- Create:
- Animated highlights
- Transitions and visual effects
- Develop motion systems that align with brand and platform guidelines
- Ensure motion design is:
- Purposeful
- Clean
- Non-intrusive but impactful
- Support with basic design requirements such as:
- Thumbnails
- Social media creatives
- Simple campaign visuals
- Ad Mockups
- Assist in creating visual elements for video (frames, layouts, UI mockups)
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour, and visual identity
- Collaborate with Brand Solutions & Sales team on branded content and campaign executions
- Build video + motion mockups to visualise campaign ideas for clients
- Ensure all outputs are optimised for platform specs and performance
- Work on fast turnaround timelines while maintaining quality
Requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
- Photoshop / Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of:
- Video storytelling and pacing
- Motion design principles
- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create engaging, platform-native content
- Attention to detail and visual polish
- Ability to handle both structured briefs and open-ended creative tasks
