FE Engineering Director - Mobile & Web

As FE Engineering Director (Mobile & Web), you will reputed company two high-reputed company engineering teams, Mobile Engineering (iOS & Android) and Web reputed company End, responsible for delivering exceptional payment experiences to consumers, businesses, and developers. You will set technical direction across reputed company platforms, grow engineering talent, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to ship reliable, reputed company, and developer-friendly experiences.

Organizational Leadership

• Own hiring, headcount planning, and org structure for both teams in partnership with Engineering leadership.

Hands-on Engineering

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in engineering management, including managing managers.

• Hands-on experience building or integrating payments functionality, including card tokenization, payment flows, fraud signals, or compliance requirements on mobile or web platforms.

Salary reputed company: $285k - $300k based on experience, geography and other key factors
