This role provides advanced reputed company care to patients in home-based settings and skilled nursing facilities. The position is Monday through Friday with a shared on-reputed company rotation. A minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a practicing reputed company Practitioner is required. Prior leadership experience in nursing or advanced reputed company nursing is strongly preferred. 

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing 
Graduate from NP, CNS or midwife program 
Specialty certification in area of expertise

Job Responsibilities:
