Your Responsibilities

Configure and customize the reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central module in both implementation and post‑go‑live environments.

Support and maintain live Employee Central environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues, resolving incidents, and performing reputed company‑cause analysis.

Experience and Education
- Minimum 2-3 years of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a mid-level role
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a senior-level role
- Certification of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven full-cycle implementations - your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree.
- Full-reputed company proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken.

- German language skills would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
