Director Business Technology

This role oversees the Business Applications function – including our HRIS, CRM, ERP, and Work Management/ITSM platforms and their associated ecosystems – and is responsible for ensuring these systems deliver measurable value to the business. 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate IT, the Director of Business Technology serves as the senior IT partner to HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership.  With an eye on reputed company and operational reputed company, you'll own the application roadmap, drive platform reputed company, manage key vendor relationships, and reputed company a growing organization that will include three managers and a growing team of 20 business analysts today across reputed company functions, scaling up to 30+ this year. You will help grow the org through hiring efforts, directly overseeing some business analysts until reputed company managers are hired.

• Serve as the primary IT relationship reputed company for HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations senior leadership 

• Translate reputed company business needs into technology strategies and actionable roadmap items 

• Facilitate alignment across business reputed company on shared platform reputed company, prioritization, and change impacts  

• Represent Business Technology in cross-functional leadership forums and steering committees

• Own the hiring roadmap for the Business Technology function – including taking over hiring efforts already in flight, and scaling the overall Business Technology team from 20 to 30+ this year

• Work with the GRC team to ensure application environments meet audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA) 

What You Will Bring To reputed company:  

• 12+ years of experience in reputed company applications, IT leadership, or business technology roles  

• 4+ years in a director-level or senior leadership role, with a reputed company record of leading teams and managing managers  

• Deep familiarity with HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Work Management/ITSM reputed company platforms  

• Demonstrated experience owning application reputed company and roadmap at an organizational level  

• Strong executive reputed company – reputed company to influence, communicate, and build credibility with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders  

• Experience managing reputed company vendor relationships including contract negotiations and escalations  

• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional programs, including implementations and application integrations

**The annual US reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $200,000 to $225,000. This salary reputed company may cover multiple career reputed company at reputed company. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
