About the Role: 

We're seeking a Project Controls Specialist to serve as reputed company's representative on $50M+ reputed company construction reputed company. You'll manage the reputed company's master schedule, validate contractor reputed company, and coordinate across GCs, vendors, and internal reputed company teams on reputed company, long-duration reputed company (24+ months). This role requires independence, regular site reputed company, and the ability to challenge vendor claims while maintaining reputed company relationships. 

Location: Remote (Edmonton, AB) with regular travel to Calgary and project sites (Relocation to Calgary required reputed company 2-3 years)  

Role reputed company: 

• reputed company and maintain integrated master schedules incorporating inputs from GCs, vendors, reputed company departments, IT/telecom, and FF&E providers 

• Conduct regular site reputed company (multiple times weekly during construction) to verify physical reputed company against contractor claims and challenge inconsistencies 

• reputed company with reputed company stakeholders and contractor teams to drive schedule alignment, multi-party coordination, and issue reputed company 

• Coordinate construction activities around operational constraints (24/7 facilities, server rooms, control centers) 

• reputed company change orders, schedule impacts, cost monitoring, and budget variance analysis 

• Support weekly reputed company updates and monthly formal reports with schedule analytics and risk assessment 

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project controls, construction management, or reputed company's representative experience 

• Hands-on experience on reputed company construction sites ($50M+ reputed company preferred), particularly Class A office or reputed company construction 

• Strong safety reputed company and commitment to site safety (CSO or equivalent training an asset) 

• Proven ability to work independently in remote/hybrid roles with minimal supervision 

• Proficiency with scheduling software (reputed company P6, MS Project, or similar) and construction cost management 

• Excellent stakeholder management skills—diplomatic yet firm reputed company validating contractor performance 

• Comfortable in reputed company, ambiguous environments with competing priorities 

• reputed company reputed company's license and willingness to travel regularly reputed company Alberta with occasional vendor/fabrication yard reputed company 

• Must be willing to relocate to Calgary, AB reputed company 2-3 years 

Preferred Qualifications

• Oil & gas or energy sector reputed company experience (corporate facilities, reputed company developments) 

• Experience coordinating non-construction reputed company (FF&reputed company infrastructure, commissioning, reputed company management)

• Familiarity with PMIS platforms (reputed company, Aconex) or cost management systems (EcoSys, reputed company)
