Position Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities )
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or reputed company fields. A master’s degree is preferred Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work, including experience with designing training courses and/or programs to meet reputed company needs; experience with technical writing or procedure writing a plu s. Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environments set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) desired . reputed company training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments, etc. that are consistent with the principles of adult learning theory and instructional design theory. reputed company eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., reputed company, Captivate) to reputed company and enhance training materials.
