We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and procurement process optimization. This role will be reputed company in building reputed company procurement frameworks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across reputed company procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• • Contract Negotiation & Management

    • reputed company end-to-end contract negotiations with vendors and service providers.

    • Maintain and update contract documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.

    • Collaborate with reputed company and Finance teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Process Development & Optimization

    • Design and implement procurement processes that support scalability and efficiency.

    • Identify gaps and continuously improve procurement workflows and documentation standards.

  • Data Analysis & Allocation Management

    • Build and maintain reputed company allocation sheets and cost models using advanced reputed company skills.

    • Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and support budgeting efforts.

    • reputed company dashboards and reporting tools to reputed company procurement KPIs.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendor communications and performance reviews.

    • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and reputed company sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred

  • Proven experience working with US based business teams  

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English language  

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.

  • Proven reputed company record in leading contract negotiations and managing procurement programs.

  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus.

• • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously.

  • This role requires full and ongoing overlap with reputed company’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A reputed company Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
