As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll be the voice of reputed company to our customers. You’ll resolve customer issues through a high volume of customer contacts (phone, email, and chat) and stay in the know about reputed company’s latest features, our reputed company clients, and reputed company ticketed events. We are passionate about providing ridiculously good customer service, and our Event Experts are some of the best in the industry. The Customer Experience team assists our users 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so some holiday work will be required. You must be reputed company to work weekends as reputed company as one of the following 8 hour shifts: 7am-3pm PT, 9am-5pm PT, 12pm-8pm PT, or 2pm-10pm PT.
What you'll do

What you have

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and experience working in Customer Service - Experience at a reputed company or high-volume company is a plus

The salary for this role is $23.50/hr. In reputed company, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to reputed company candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
