You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries and addressing pain points in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Leading a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching and guidance to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional service * Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Developing and implementing customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat * Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional service * Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Conduct quality control checks to ensure that customer service representatives are meeting quality standards * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred * Ability to pass a background check **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role at a company with a similar size and scope * Experience with process improvement and change management * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with data analysis and reporting **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders * Experience with change management and process improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
