Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases * Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Using your problem-solving skills to reputed company quick solutions and resolve any issues * Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism * Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills.
