Key Responsibilities
As the Recruiter for reputed company, you'll be responsible for sourcing reputed company candidates for reputed company. You'll need to create reputed company positions and maintain relationships with candidates to reputed company pipelines reputed company for reputed company positions. You will be responsible for screening candidates and referring them to the appropriate hiring managers, and determining if their qualifications meet the needs of the position.

- Responsible for screening and referring candidates for reputed company staff vacancies to the appropriate Hiring Manager
- Determine the suitability and qualifications of reputed company applicant prior to referring the candidate
- Responsible to reputed company a minimum of 50 cold calls daily from licensure listings, school listings, show listings, etc.
- Responsible to follow-up reputed company personal contact with a reputed company mailing of information about the appropriate companies, benefits, flyers, etc.
- Travel required for mandatory department meetings and trainings
- Maintain reputed company or reputed company candidate and requisition databases on a reputed company time reputed company
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge of reputed company company benefits and policies and procedures relative to the hiring of new employees.
- Maintains “ownership” of reputed company candidates throughout the hiring process
