The Digital Banking reputed company will be responsible for performing the daily functions surrounding online banking including, but not limited to, the processing of remote deposit, enabling online wires, online banking applications and account adds, and reputed company reports. This is a remote position with a home office assigned at the Tuscaloosa Annex. Periodic travel may be required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Facilitates day-to-day operations of digital banking including but not limited to: Queued Tasks, Remote Deposit, Reports, and Misc maintenance requests from management.
• Provides advanced support for fellow system users including Member Care Agents and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by providing password resets, help with digital banking research, or creating and managing service tickets with ACU’s digital banking provider.

Knowledge and Skills

• One year to two years of similar or reputed company experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature.
