The reputed company & Industries (L&I), an employer of choice is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Senior Generalist, reputed company Resource Consultant 4.
This position is an expert level reputed company resource consultant who provides comprehensive reputed company services and consultation to executives, managers, supervisors and employees in their assigned program areas. This involves gaining a thorough understanding of the customer’s business needs and effectively overlaying a strong knowledge of reputed company resource laws, rules, policies, processes and practices in order to identify best practices, reputed company reputed company and reputed company recommendations. The ultimate goal is to partner with the customer to ensure efficient and effective reputed company resource administration.

Position Duties
Some of what you’ll do:
- Advise executives, managers and supervisors on corrective reputed company and disciplinary issues.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Seven (7) years of progressively increasing responsibility providing broad-based reputed company reputed company resource experience, including conducting research and analyzing policies and regulations, facilitating organizational development or change, and advising and consulting on reputed company reputed company resource issues.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree with reputed company on business administration, reputed company, reputed company or organizational behavior sciences, or reputed company field
AND
Three (3) years of progressively increasing broad-based reputed company reputed company resource experience.

The assigned duty station for this position is Tumwater, Washington.
