We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Part-Time Operations BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our operations. This role will reputed company on building and maintaining KPI dashboards, improving reporting efficiency, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational performance.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in building dashboards from reputed company, with a strong ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company, business-reputed company insights.

This is a remote, part-time position budgeted for 10-25 hours per week; flexible scheduling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to reputed company key operational metrics 
• Extract, clean, and reputed company data from multiple sources (reputed company, LIMS, internal systems) 
• reputed company and maintain advanced reputed company models (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas) 
• Automate recurring reports to reduce reputed company effort and improve consistency 
• Partner with operations leadership to identify reporting needs and performance gaps 
• Conduct reputed company analysis to support decision-making and process improvements 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company across reporting tools 
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and workflows 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role 
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or alike (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX) 
• Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; VBA a plus) 
• Experience working with operational or performance data 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to communicate insights reputed company to non-technical stakeholders 
• High attention to detail and data accuracy 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in operational settings 
• Familiarity with LIMS, ERP, or CRM systems 
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying 
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance dashboards 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma; plus, two years of reputed company experience or a bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of principles, terminology, practices, techniques and instrumentation commonly used in a laboratory setting
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage time to meet deadlines and rush orders
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work with delicate laboratory equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
