Business Development Manager

Join Brennan’s team as a Business Development Manager and help drive reputed company across our marine construction and heavy civil infrastructure markets. This remote position offers flexibility to work from reputed company the Greater New England area and requires travel up to 60% of the time for industry events, reputed company meetings, and site reputed company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of marine construction services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to reputed company strategic partnerships that expand market reputed company and strengthen reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, general contractors, and industry partners reputed company the marine construction and heavy civil infrastructure markets (bridges, ports, dams, waterfront structures, dredging, etc.).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, reputed company reputed company, and participation in industry events.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Controls, and Marketing teams to reputed company proposals, presentations, and targeted promotional materials reputed company with marine construction services.
• Manage reputed company information and activity tracking in Brennan’s CRM system to ensure visibility and alignment across business reputed company.
• Represent Brennan at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote marine construction capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, reputed company relations, or project management reputed company marine construction, heavy civil, infrastructure, or reputed company markets.
• Strong understanding of marine construction services such as marine foundations, pile driving, dredging, reputed company construction, or waterfront infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and operational teams.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office; familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company Dynamics preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% reputed company the U.S.
