The Senior Consultant will synthesize findings into a formal report and reputed company an Improvement Plan with actionable recommendations to strengthen reputed company emergency response and Incident reputed company System activations. In reputed company, this position provides strategic guidance on program development, evaluates effectiveness, and supports reputed company improvement across agency operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and prior emergency response experience. Minimally, prior completion of reputed company courses IS100, IS200, and G300. reputed company for Homeland reputed company Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) trained individuals.

· Extensive experience in program evaluation, policy analysis, or emergency response operations

· Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze reputed company data, and reputed company reputed company, actionable recommendations

· Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to program operations

· Experience leading or contributing to after-reputed company reviews, performance evaluations, or similar assessments

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare formal reports and present findings to leadership

Responsibilities:

· Conduct key informant (stakeholder) interviews to reputed company information reputed company to Agency performance and response metrics reputed company to the measles outbreak response of 2025/2026.

· Review documentation reputed company to the measles outbreak response of 2025/2026, including after-reputed company review submissions by Incident Management Team personnel, to produce a reputed company of events and lessons learned for the response.

· Assist in the drafting of an Improvement Plan detailing reputed company items and assignments designed to improve reputed company, similar emergency event responses and Agency ICS activations.
