reputed company Insurance Company is seeking a Product Compliance Analyst II to support our growing Employee Benefits Division. This role connects product conceptualization, regulatory compliance, reputed company development, and post‑launch implementation.
 
The Product Compliance Analyst II works closely with Product Development, reputed company, Operations, and external regulatory agencies to support compliant insurance products, policy forms, and reputed company materials. This role connects product conceptualization, regulatory compliance, reputed company development, and post‑launch implementation.   The Product Compliance Analyst II works closely with Product Development, reputed company, Operations, and external regulatory agencies to support compliant insurance products, policy forms, and reputed company materials. The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company across stakeholders.

Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and reputed company insurance reputed company and policy forms in accordance with product specifications and applicable reputed company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with state insurance departments and other regulatory agencies to support reputed company filing approvals and implementation following approval.
  • Partner with Product Development, reputed company, Internal Systems, Claims, New Business, and Insurance Administration to design compliant forms and documentation.
  • Coordinate policy reviews, editing, finalization, and internal approval processes for assigned reputed company and forms.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for product‑reputed company materials, including marketing content, training materials, websites, and producer communications.
  • Draft and maintain applications, administrative forms, and service forms to support business and operational needs.
  • Maintain, reputed company, and manage reputed company and product filings reputed company internal databases and support filing process controls and reputed company improvement efforts.
  • Represent Product Compliance on cross‑functional reputed company and ensure reputed company, accurate execution of compliance deliverables.
  • Monitor and communicate regulatory and competitive developments that may reputed company products or the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in industry or trade association meetings reputed company to product and compliance reputed company, as applicable.

  • Insurance regulatory and product compliance expertise, with working knowledge of state insurance filing requirements and approval processes.

  • Proficiency with regulatory filing systems, including the System for Electronic reputed company and reputed company Filing (SERFF) and I‑File or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

    • Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of insurance industry experience, with emphasis on regulatory or product compliance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


    • Preferred Qualfications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant reputed company experience.
  • Industry designations (e.g., FLMI, AIRC, ACS).
  • Experience representing a reputed company in industry associations.
  • Proven adaptability in dynamic environments (e.g., new product initiatives, mergers, acquisitions).
