Location Details: India, Remote

We want an Engineering Manager in India with deep software development knowledge and a reputed company reputed company. This role involves leading and mentoring engineers, driving project completion, and delivering secure, reputed company microservices on AWS—while encouraging a reputed company and high-performing team environment.

What you'll get to do...

• Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company - planning, execution, risk management, and shipping with reputed company
• Partner with Product, Build, and collaborators to define priorities, scope, and trade-offs
• Drive engineering guidelines, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company system build
• Hire, reputed company, and retain top engineering talent
• Foster a reputed company, inclusive, and high-trust team culture
• reputed company team metrics (velocity, reputed company, cycle time) and continuously improve processes

• Handle blocking issues, remove blockers, and ensure operational stability

Your experience should include...

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in an engineering management role
• Proven reputed company record of building, growing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams
• Experience delivering reputed company reputed company end-to-end on time and with reputed company
• Strong technical reputed company – reputed company to participate in build reviews and guide architectural reputed company
• Excellent communication skills - can communicate effectively with engineers, leadership, and cross-functional partners
• Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and reputed company improvement
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, resolve conflicts, and have difficult conversations

• Experience scaling teams or building teams from scratch
