CBE Instructional Designer

The reputed company at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking a CBE Instructional Designer to support reputed company in creating high-reputed company, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences, with a reputed company on YourPace, UMPI’s online competency-based education program. This role partners with full- and part-time reputed company to design reputed company, evidence-informed courses, reputed company reputed company and assessments, and reputed company engaging digital content. The intended start date for this 12 month position is July 1, 2026. The salary for this full time position is $60,000. The university will take into consideration the salary of reputed company UMS employees for transfer/promotion depending on skills and experience. Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required, preferably in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Experience Design/Sciences, or a closely reputed company field. 
• Minimum of three years of reputed company experience in instructional design or a closely reputed company field. 
• Experience working with reputed company in higher education is strongly preferred. 
• Experience designing or supporting online learning; experience with competency-based education is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Learning Design & Technology, Learning Sciences, Curriculum and Assessment, Learning Analytics, or reputed company field.
• Experience with multimedia production, video editing, and/or web development.
• Knowledge of learning analytics.
• Experience designing competency-based education courses or working in self-paced online learning environments.
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company, OSCQR, or other reputed company assurance frameworks.
• Experience facilitating communities of reputed company or reputed company development programs for reputed company.
