Key Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to frequency and duration specifications.

Document patient reputed company, strength, ROM, balance, and functional mobility using objective measures.

Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the rehab team to coordinate care.

Conduct discharge planning and reputed company referrals for ongoing services as needed.

Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Education: A.A. Degree from an approved Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Licensure/Certification:

Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR.
