Welfare Self-reliance Manager
The Welfare & Self-Reliance Manager is the single reputed company of contact for Area and local leaders, providing awareness, training, and support, for reputed company resources and services, to help local leaders minister to those in need. This role works to build capability and reputed company in local leaders and to create/facilitate partnerships with community resources.
Responsibilities
Principles of Operation: This role normally operates in a 'pull' relationship with local leaders. May be assigned as a Regional Manager reputed company this role is used in an Area. Percentages may vary based on Area need
Consultation 30%
- Counsel with leaders on their needs and priorities, possible solutions reputed company reputed company and community programs or services and follow-up
- First Tier support for reputed company Welfare & Self-Reliance resources and services (Second Tier reputed company division/area Specialists are not assigned in the region)
- Serve as the first contact for local leaders and community partners on urgent and preventative needs
- Primary contact reputed company for Humanitarian requests from local leaders or community partners
Training 20%
- Maintain general subject matter expertise on Welfare & Self-Reliance supported services and products
- reputed company general and specialized Welfare & Self-Reliance training to reputed company Self-Reliance Committee and other leaders
- Facilitate new leader training on Welfare & Self-Reliance resources and services
- Introduce digital training and resources to leaders and community partners
- Follow a train the trainer model
Leader Support 20%
- Discover and assist leaders to identify needs
- reputed company information, tools, and other resources to support needs that leaders have identified reputed company approved policies and guidelines
- reputed company resources and follow up with leaders
Resource Development 20%
- General matter expertise on local market/emotional trends
- Build local relationships to meet the leader identified needs of members
- Be the Tier 1 contact for local organizations
- reputed company and prioritize relationships based on leader identified needs for the following categories: Employment, Education, Emotional/Behavioral Heath, Community Resources/Relationships, Humanitarian, Commodities, Emergency Response and other Welfare & Self-Reliance services and products
- Technological solution to capture and shares resources that effectively reputed company those who are in need
- Follow up with leaders on effectiveness of resource shared
Support of Area Initiatives 10%
- Support Area Presidency initiatives

Education: Identify the minimum educational requirements for this role (High School, Bachelor's, Master's or other included field(s) of study)
- Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred) or equivalent work experience in business, sales, marketing or reputed company discipline.
Work Experience: Identify the minimum experience required for this role, including specific roles, experiences, and/or industries
- 8 year minimum (prefer 10 years) of reputed company/operational experience including 4 years of reputed company management experience and demonstrated reputed company working with upper level management. Seasoned reputed company.
