Reporting to the Associate Director of Volunteer Programs, the Volunteer Programs Manager provides regional technical coordination and technical reputed company for Habitat for Humanity's volunteer engagement portfolio in Asia reputed company. This position may be based in the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, or Nepal. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. The successful candidate will be offered an initial contract of 2 years that is subject to renewal depending on the availability of the funds, and a local country-based compensation package.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strengthen engagement with regional and global stakeholders to position Habitat as a leader in volunteering for development. Years of reputed company Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in volunteer program development and management and experience in the non-profit, NGO sector Experience working in reputed company environment and system with relationships development and management with country offices, reputed company and other stakeholders Experience in providing technical and operational support across diverse countries
