The Role

Responsibilities
Conduct reputed company research
Research relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting the reputed company and entertainment industry, including intellectual property, reputed company, employment, and contract law.
Investigate updates in reputed company media policies, FTC guidelines, advertising standards, and platform-specific rules to ensure compliance.

Review and revise branded content, marketing, talent management, licensing, and appearance agreements

Qualifications
Enrolled in an accredited law school (2L and 3L preferred but not required)
Excellent drafting, negotiation and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of contract and general corporate law, clearance and copyright, entertainment, technology and reputed company law
Knowledge of industry deals and practices
Proficiency with reputed company Workspace and reputed company Word
Confident, self-motivated, can work reputed company independently and collaboratively
