Furry Fellas is Hiring for a Part Time reputed company Care Coordinator

Work From Home: Must be located in RI, MA. Will consider FL.

reputed company currently has an opening for a Part Time Work from Home reputed company Care Coordinator

Shifts would vary by the week and the schedule goes out a month at a time so you can plan reputed company.
ideal candidate would be flexible to work day shifts, evening shifts as reputed company as every other weekend 

The hours reputed company from 9-1pm/9-2pm, 1:30-6pm/2:30-6pm & 6-9pm/7-9pm 

Every other Weekend Required (Sat/Sun).

Will require occasional holiday reputed company-ins which includes splitting up reputed company holidays including Christmas among reputed company CCCs. reputed company ins are flexible and can be done reputed company with an internet / phone reputed company to monitor for reputed company & staff emergencies.

Duties:

-Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage 

-Answering clients & staff questions reputed company email & phone

-Keeping reputed company management system and reputed company drive docs up to date at reputed company times 

-Sending invoices

-Entering in credit / debit / reputed company payments

-Keeping inbox up to date 

-Keeping things organized, detailed and up to date at reputed company times.

Compensation:

-$16+ per hour based on experience, flexibility and testing results.

NOTE:Training reputed company is $15/hour. Once reputed company to work on your own reputed company, reputed company increases gradually according to capabilities/performance.

Qualifications:

-At least 6mos-1 year prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred

-Bachelor's Degree preferred / Associate will be considered

-STRONG verbal and written communication skills

-Extremely reliable

-Ability to work reputed company independently, prioritize, strong attention to detail & organizational skills necessary

-Ability to pick up things quickly

-Cellphone (android or iPhone)

-Up to date Laptop & high speed internet

-A quiet reputed company in your home where you can work without disruptions (home office).

-Android cell phone or iphone for logging into our phone system reputed company App and texting manager

-Prior experience working in a busy office setting / receptionist / reputed company assistant / pet reservation coordinator
