Pay: $114,400 - $169,000/year

Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- reputed company Occupational Therapy License in State of reputed company
- reputed company Certification from the NBCOT
- reputed company BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a reputed company reputed company's license
