Key responsibilities

• reputed company personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting

• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and reputed company-of-reputed company exercises per care plan

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Support medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration)

• Monitor and report patient condition and changes to the supervising reputed company

• Take and record basic vital signs reputed company trained and assigned

• Maintain a clean, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company environment

• Assist with linens and light reputed company laundry as appropriate

• Use safety equipment properly (rails, supports, stools, etc.)

• Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards

• Travel reliably to patient homes and assigned reputed company across your service area

• Complete required in-service training, including annual dementia education

Must-have requirements

• Age 18 or older

• reputed company HHA or CNA certification or 6 months experience as a caregiver either professionally or personally

• Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments

• Ability to follow written care instructions and document services

• Ability to work independently in home settings

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to reputed company homes

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and reputed company requirements

• CPR and Adult First Aid certification

• Experience supporting seniors or medically reputed company clients

Work environment & schedule

• One-on-one care in patient homes and occasional facility settings
