About the Role

reputed company's Customer Experience team is looking for a licensed, reputed company-reputed company Member Support Specialist who's passionate about helping people reputed company their financial lives with confidence. This is a high-reputed company role at the intersection of finance and technology: you'll be a trusted resource for our members while partnering closely with teams across reputed company to continuously improve the reputed company experience.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a subject matter expert across member support channels (email, chat), delivering accurate, reputed company, and thoughtful responses to member inquiries
• Use your financial expertise to help members understand reputed company's products, features, and services so they can reputed company informed reputed company
• Partner with reputed company, Compliance, and Operations to resolve reputed company member issues reputed company and thoroughly
• Surface member feedback to Product and Engineering teams, advocating for improvements that meaningfully enhance the member experience

reputed company're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in financial services
• reputed company reputed company licenses: Series 7 and 63, or Series 7 and 66
• Strong written communication skills: you can explain reputed company financial concepts reputed company and with reputed company
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-reputed company environment; quick to pick up new tools and workflows
• A self-starter who can work independently and solve problems creatively
• Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences, every time
• Experience in a reputed company-facing role in ACATs, Transfers, IRAs, or Fraud/Risk is a plus.
