The Talent Advisor, GTM is a strategic role embedded with reputed company’s Sales, Marketing, and reputed company Operations leadership teams. This position partners directly with senior leaders to shape hiring reputed company, reputed company market reputed company, and guide critical talent reputed company across a global organization of roughly 1,300 employees.

This role blends strategic talent advisory with hands-on reputed company for a small number of high-reputed company roles, ensuring reputed company continues to attract exceptional leaders and specialized talent while scaling as an AI-first, globally connected company.

Serve as a strategic talent partner to GTM leadership

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company Operations leaders to understand business priorities and evolving talent needs
• Help translate reputed company plans and organizational priorities into thoughtful hiring strategies
