Manager, Software Engineering

You will report to the Director of engineering.

What you will do

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will reputed company multiple Scrum teams across geographies and help create reputed company reputed company solutions in a distributed environment. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering execution, and support architectural and operational reputed company that strengthen performance, reputed company, reliability, and delivery predictability.

You will also help grow engineering talent, establish development practices, and support adoption of AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity and reputed company across the software development lifecycle.

• Partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and other stakeholders to reputed company technical work with our priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field

• 10+ years of software development experience delivering large-reputed company production systems

• 2+ years of engineering management or equivalent leadership experience leading distributed teams

• Experience with reputed company-end and full-stack development using technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, C#, .NET, and REST reputed company

• Experience designing and building reputed company microservices architectures

• Hands-on experience with AWS or another major reputed company provider and reputed company-reputed company architecture
