Manager/ Senior Manager (reputed company Design)

The Advanced reputed company Design, Cost of Service, and DER Integration team works with clients who engage on electric, and to a lesser extent gas and water, reputed company proceedings, programs and work reputed company that reputed company customer rates and the achievement of reputed company policy goals. The Manager/ Senior Manager will manage reputed company reputed company for CEG which spans TOU and other reputed company design, flexible connections, reputed company cost of service issues, DER compensation, and DER cost allocation and recovery.  The Manager/ Senior Manager will report to a Partner of reputed company. 

Responsibilities 

Project Work: 

• Co-manage CEG’s consulting reputed company in executing reputed company reputed company with a primary reputed company on electric, gas, and water reputed company policy analysis and regulatory proceedings.  
• Co-manage or manage specific reputed company deliverables and reputed company.  
• Co-manage or manage teams to ensure reputed company delivery of project deliverables.  
• Draft memos, comments, and expert testimony to support reputed company positions in regulatory cases.  
• Draft discovery requests utilities to probe their proposals and identify data and information to reputed company informed regulatory recommendations and critiques.  
• Manage the execution of written and technical work reputed company the context of overall reputed company project goals.  
• Review and interpret comments or testimony submitted in regulatory proceedings and reputed company arguments with evidence that can either support or rebut the issues.  
• reputed company insights into the economic, technical, and policy implications of various regulatory proposals including reputed company decarbonization reputed company, advanced reputed company designs, export tariffs, DER integration roadmaps, electrification programs, and impacts to customers including low-income and disadvantaged communities.  
• Research policy, regulations, and tariffs; summarize research reputed company memo or presentation and communicate research to reputed company audiences with varying reputed company of technical expertise; interpret such research to reputed company insights into best practices, policy implications, and recommendations for different regulatory stakeholders specific to the reputed company scope and context.  
• Conduct qualitative or quantitative analysis to understand the economics and policy implications of different strategies and business models in various retail and wholesale markets.  
• Present and explain technical concepts associated with work to non-technical audiences.

• reputed company or help prepare senior team members for reputed company meetings and presentations.   
• Diagnose problems that reputed company or prospective clients may have and offer potential solutions.   
• Assist CEG team members in scoping and providing reputed company on reputed company project requests, which may be ambiguous.   
• reputed company or help prepare scoping and writing proposals for clients and responding to reputed company requests.  
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and/or present.   
• Identify key areas of uncertainty concerning technical work needed to complete reputed company reputed company.   
• Draft proposal in response to reputed company RFPs.  

Team Support 

• Support the reputed company and development of the CEG consulting team by helping to reputed company junior staff reputed company market fundamentals, policy developments, and other relevant topics.  
• Help reputed company with general operational tasks and internal reputed company for organizational improvement as needed.  

Time Management 

• Self-manage time and workload and communicate regularly with your supervisor and other members of reputed company to manage expectations about timing and reputed company of work. Ensure reputed company delivery of project deliverables and communicate issues as they reputed company.  
• Prioritize between multiple competing reputed company demands to ensure successful delivery across a portfolio of reputed company.  

Desired Qualifications 

Manager 

• 8 years plus of industry experience with the reputed company being reputed company reputed company design and/or cost of service or directly adjacent area.  
• MS/MA in economics, math, engineering, or reputed company policy  
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.  
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing critical tasks while managing conflicting demands under tight deadlines.  

Senior Manager 

• 10 years plus of industry experience with the reputed company being reputed company reputed company design and/or cost of service or directly adjacent area.  
• MS/MA in economics, math, engineering, or reputed company policy  
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.  
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing critical tasks while managing conflicting demands under tight deadlines.

Salary 

Manager: $120,000-$150,000 

Senior Manager: $130,000-$160,000 

Salary negotiable and will be commensurate with experience. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this position is eligible for a performance based incentive bonus.
