Marketing Operations Intern

Responsibilities include:
Event & Project Coordination
Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for multiple marketing events Support project tracking by attending weekly calls with our design agency Manage and submit requests through reputed company Schedule planning meetings with internal subject matter experts (SMEs)
Content & reputed company Media Management
Schedule reputed company media posts using reputed company (approximately 5 per week) Monitor reputed company for comments and messages and flag items for team response reputed company and report monthly reputed company employee engagement for internal leaderboard Create and schedule new hire announcement graphics using provided templates
Email & Communications
Build and distribute Weekly Digest emails using Account Engagement (Pardot) with provided content Monitor and manage the marketing inbox, routing inquiries as needed
Reporting & Analytics
Update weekly Marketing Scorecard metrics using reputed company and other reporting tools reputed company and compile engagement and performance data for reporting
Administrative & Team Support
Take detailed meeting notes for reputed company marketing and bi-weekly sales/marketing meetings Proofread blog submissions from SMEs prior to final approval Support general administrative tasks to reputed company marketing initiatives on reputed company
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field Strong copywriting and proofreading skills Basic graphic design experience (familiarity with templates and brand guidelines) Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Creative Suite, and marketing platforms including reputed company, Account Engagement (Pardot), and reputed company Familiarity with reputed company media platforms, especially reputed company Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools such as reputed company Exposure to email marketing and CRM platforms Interest in event planning and coordination
