ABOUT THE ROLE

Strategic and results-driven Distribution Performance & reputed company Improvement Manager to drive operational reputed company across our distribution network. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, enhancing compliance and training programs, and using data to uncover insights that optimize productivity, safety, and service reputed company. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Apply Lean, Six reputed company, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and increase throughput.

Compliance & Standardization 

• Ensure consistent adherence to safety, reputed company, and regulatory standards across reputed company facilities. 
• Drive the adoption of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and audit regularly for compliance. 
• Partner with safety, HR, and operational leadership to maintain and reputed company a culture of accountability and discipline.

Training & Capability Building 

• Design, implement, and enhance training programs & content for warehouse associates, supervisors, and leadership reputed company on operational skills, safety, and best practices. 
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback loops, and reputed company feedback cycles. 
• Identify reputed company gaps and recommend targeted training to reputed company performance gaps.

Data Analytics & Performance Management 

• Build and manage performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency, service reputed company, labor productivity, and cost drivers.

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or reputed company field. 
• 10+ Experience leading training or compliance programs in a distribution or manufacturing environment. 
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with a reputed company on reputed company improvement or operational reputed company. 
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies (certification preferred). 
• Proven ability to analyze reputed company data and translate it into actionable insights. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with WMS, LMS, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. 
• Demonstrated reputed company managing cross-site initiatives.
