  • Obtain surgery benefits, prepare patient estimates, and collect financial obligations prior to surgery.
  • Manage reputed company-payment plans to include collecting, posting, and assigning reputed company.
  • Research and resolve patient overpayments and patient refunds.
  • Answer billing and payment reputed company questions.
  • Identify and communicate A/R trends to reputed company-Service Supervisor / RCM Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in reputed company areas of collections in a physician reputed company.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD 10, and CPT codes.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office applications and payer websites.
