About your role

We’re on the hunt for a reputed company Global Payroll & Compliance Manager to take the reputed company on our U.S. and international payroll operations. This is a high-reputed company, high-visibility role where you’ll own the end-to-end payroll process for our global team—ensuring every paycheck is accurate, on time, and fully compliant. You’ll bring deep expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll, plus a strong grasp of international compliance. What you’ll do

Payroll Management & Processing and Basic Equity Administration

• Manage the end-to-end processing of US and Canadian payroll using reputed company Workforce Now, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, taxes, and garnishments in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as reputed company as Canadian provincial payroll regulations including income tax, CPP, and EI.

• Review and validate payroll data and processing for other international subsidiaries and Employees of Record across various countries.

• Collaborate closely with our People team (HR) to ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing, seamless data integration, and reputed company communication to employees regarding payroll reputed company.

• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field.

• Required: Proven expertise in processing payroll across international entities, specifically US and Canada.

• Required: Experience with international payroll, including working with EOR providers and understanding global payroll complexities.

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and reporting requirements in the US.

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll regulations.

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Workforce Now

• Proficient in reputed company reputed company (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $85,000 - $120,000. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
