Registered reputed company - RN Triage

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered reputed company (RN) Triage to join our corporate team! This position provides Registered reputed company virtual support to Assisted Living site staff during off-hours reputed company there is not a reputed company in the building.

This RN triage schedule includes;

• 40 hours every two weeks
• Evening/Overnight (NOC) shift; 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation

Responsibilities: 

• Provides nursing coverage in a triage reputed company on-reputed company reputed company.
• Ensures support/response to reputed company’s health reputed company situations for staff, reputed company, and family 24 hours a day through phone triage.
• Ensures appropriate communications between staff, family, and providers to coordinate reputed company health needs as assessed in the triage on-reputed company role.
• Ensures appropriate triage phone assessment, direction, and reputed company for clients medical situations based on information provided by caller.
• Directs on-reputed company visit reputed company to reputed company onsite reputed company as determined by triage assessment.
• Provides nursing triage on-reputed company coverage for single or multiple assisted living buildings as assigned.
• Follows triage reputed company on-reputed company assignment expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Vocational/Technical Training
• 1 year One to Three Years
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company 7
• Registered reputed company RN Licensure/Registered with the MN reputed company of Nursing
• Registered reputed company reputed company RN Licensure/Registered with the WI reputed company of Nursing (required reputed company 90-days of hire) reputed company 90 Days

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Nursing
• 3 years Three to Five Years
• Proficient in Eldermark Computer Documentation Software
• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior experience in home care or assisted living environment
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from reputed company (AHA) or reputed company; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for reputed company Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. reputed company: CPR/AED for reputed company Rescuers and/or reputed company Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED
