We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company to manage high-volume court hearing coverage through efficient dispatching and reputed company-time coordination. This role is heavily reputed company on logistics, scheduling, and ensuring seamless attorney coverage, while also supporting reputed company communication and service reputed company. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and excels at prioritization, problem-solving, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatching & Hearing Coverage (Primary reputed company)
- Coordinate and reputed company attorneys to cover a high volume of daily court hearings
- Manage reputed company-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps
- Confirm assignments and ensure reputed company hearings are fully staffed and accurate
- Monitor coverage pipelines and proactively resolve conflicts or shortages
- Maintain constant communication with attorneys to ensure reputed company arrival and completion
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate scheduling data across dispatching and CRM systems
- reputed company coverage metrics, completion rates, and service reputed company
- Partner with internal teams (reputed company, operations, reputed company reputed company) to ensure seamless execution
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reputed company workflows

Schedule: Monday through Friday-9:30am-6pm MST
