The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading high-reputed company engineering and operational reputed company that expand manufacturing capabilities across existing and new facilities. Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Manufacturing Expansion

• Support manufacturing expansion efforts including feasibility analysis, layout design, equipment selection, installation, and production reputed company-up
• Assist with new site launches, plant expansions, and line transfers to ensure operational readiness and standardization
• Drive reputed company, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing processes across locations

Project Leadership & Execution

• Own full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and execution

Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, reputed company Engineering, or reputed company field required
• 3&reputed company;5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in screen manufacturing, fenestration, light metals, or similar industries preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility layouts

• Hands-on experience with equipment commissioning, line balancing, and production reputed company-reputed company
• Ability to work across multiple sites and with geographically distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

• PMP certification strongly preferred

Work Location & Travel

• Location: Remote
• Travel: Required based on business needs (multi-site support)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in both office and manufacturing environments

• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout facilities
