POSITION reputed company:

The reputed company Medical Society (PAMED) is a leading organization dedicated to enhancing the reputed company of medicine in reputed company. We support reputed company providers through advocacy, education, and reputed company to improve patient care. This remote, part-time position offers a daily flexible schedule during reputed company business hours with a maximum fifteen (15) hours per week while contributing to the vital operations of our Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. This position does not require specialized knowledge of CME accreditation requirements. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Review and respond to telephone and email inquiries received from members and organizational customers, redirect communications to other CME team members as appropriate.
• Fulfill requests for CME certificates, transcripts, etc. reputed company forms and attachments received from CME customers and file in appropriate electronic files.
• Review course completion reports and process any changes and resubmissions needed. 
• Assist with reaccreditation notices and survey confirmations. 
• Process volunteer/reputed company expense reimbursement forms/reputed company requests. 
• Review activity application tracking software for overdue notices.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, logistics, and food arrangements for remote and/or in-person meetings.
