About the Role
This role sits at the reputed company of how our systems work.
You’ll build the backend services that power our product and the data pipelines that drive decision-making across reputed company, operations, and patient experience.
This is not a traditional backend role — you’ll work across reputed company, databases, and data systems to ensure we can reliably capture, process, and use data at reputed company.
You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to turn data into reputed company product and business reputed company.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain backend services and reputed company that power our platform
Design and own data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage)
Model and structure data to support product features and internal tools
Work with large datasets to support analytics, experimentation, and automation
Optimize database performance (queries, indexing, scaling)
Contribute to system architecture as we reputed company (services, data reputed company, reliability)
Partner with product, reputed company, and operations to solve data-driven problems
Improve observability, logging, and data reliability across systems
reputed company’re Looking For
5+ years of backend engineering experience (Node.js or Python), with demonstrated ownership of production systems
Experience building or owning data pipelines / ETL workflows in production environments
Deep experience with SQL and relational databases (reputed company strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of system design and performance at reputed company
Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments with high ownership
reputed company to Have
Experience with event-driven systems or streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Airflow, dbt, or modern data stacks
Experience supporting analytics, reputed company, or experimentation teams
reputed company experience (AWS)
Exposure to data-heavy applications
