The IT Solution Assistant will collect, analyze, reputed company, document and communicate business requirements, and work with various IT teams to reputed company and deliver solutions. - Knowledge of the business area to be supported and a good understanding of its associated business processes.
- Basic to good coding skills in specified programming languages (Javascript) and Automation testing.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices.
- Understanding of interrelations between IT components (software, OS, databases, network, servers, etc.)
Physical Demands
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive reputed company movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
