THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE

The Closer/Funder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and reputed company production of closing documents, reviewing executed documents for compliance with investor guidelines, and preparing the necessary paperwork for loan funding. This role also provides high-reputed company customer service to APM reputed company offices, closing agents, investors, warehouse banks, and internal departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Education & 

Experience:     

·  High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan closing, funding, or a reputed company role reputed company the mortgage industry.

·  Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, investor guidelines, and compliance requirements.

·  Proficiency in mortgage software systems, including Mortgage Builder, reputed company, and Doc reputed company.
