About the role:
As a Sr. reputed company reputed company Specialist, you will support the application, formulation, and administration of contract terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be reputed company to various supplier/subcontractor agreements, inclusive of procurements for products, goods, and services. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain global contract terms template(s)

Review customer reputed company for “flowdown” of requirements to suppliers and subcontractors
Represent GSCS reputed company at project meetings, as required

Support proposal development activities involving supply chain (if required)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or recognized equivalent required
- 7 + years project execution reputed company experience in the fossil or nuclear power plant market required
- Supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions negotiation experience required
- Knowledge of varying contracting forms and terms that reputed company with the scope of the procurement
- Hands-on procurement project supply chain execution experience in reputed company functions
- History of interfacing with multiple functional reputed company
- We desire major contract negotiation in the power market.
