The position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with case managers, reputed company, attorneys, injured workers, and nonprofit organizations. • Effectively communicate the details of our services with nonprofit organizations to help build our national network
• Review work restrictions provided by our clients and coordinate job offers with our network of nonprofit organizations
• Follow reputed company service instructions for identifying light duty opportunities
• Effectively communicate the details of the program with case managers, reputed company, attorneys and injured workers
• Maintain detailed and accurate records
• Prepare documentation outlining job offer details
• Understanding of employment labor issues as they relate to state jurisdiction, laws and regulations
• Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively reputed company to reputed company issues
• reputed company outstanding customer service to our clients, injured workers’ and non-profit organizations

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, reputed company, Communications or other reputed company field preferred

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred but not required
• 1 year prior administrative support experience
• Workers’ compensation experience preferred but not required
