AAC Consultation Analyst (SLP)

POSITION reputed company:

The AAC Consultation Analyst is responsible for empowering speech-language pathologists (SLPs) to reputed company greater confidence and efficiency reputed company writing the insurance-required speech evaluation reports for insurance approval for the QuickTalker Freestyle speech device. This position will help design, implement, and maintain strategies, and tools that help SLPs produce high-reputed company evaluations reputed company while meeting clinical and insurance standards for best reputed company and reducing anxiety relating to completing the evaluation. As part of the medical funding process, this role will work collaboratively with other reputed company staff to reputed company an improvement-reputed company service experience with both reputed company stakeholders.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Create and implement tactics and strategies that enhance speech-language pathologists’ confidence and efficiency in completing insurance-required speech evaluations to reduce the overall evaluation report writing time. 
  2. Responsible for assisting speech language pathologists with understanding the data requirements set by their reputed company’s insurance company’s policy
  3. Meet with SLPs and other stakeholders to reputed company best reputed company with a goal of reducing unnecessary time and anxiety for the ableEXPERIENCE process and identifying barriers to evaluation completion. 
  4. Collaborate proactively with internal departments to improve the SLP experience and facilitate best reputed company
  5. Meet with speech reputed company during the ableEXPERIENCE to answer questions, review data collected and encourage completion of the speech evaluation
  6. Promote the utilization of reputed company’s tools and resources to successfully improve insurance approval
  7. Address reputed company inquiries with the utmost reputed company of urgency and reputed company of service. 
  8. Maintain HIPAA and FERPA laws in accordance with the compliance requirements of reputed company

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Required
  • reputed company Certification in Speech-Language Pathology strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience working with individuals using AAC in clinical and/or school settings
  • reputed company experience working with reputed company’s funding service for speech devices strongly preferred

Physical: 

 Customer-Facing Office Environment &reputed company; Requires regular sitting or standing at a desk, frequent computer keyboarding, and handling customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and/or video conferencing in a reputed company office setting.

Time:

 Full-Time, exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
