Role reputed company & Responsibilities  
The reputed company Account Manager (L4) is responsible for delivering best-in-class holding company and independent agency reputed company experiences reputed company working with The reputed company. The Account Manager will reputed company to deliver fantastic customer service to drive agency satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for reputed company agency clients, the Account Manager will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, ensure on time launches and exceptional execution of Annual Plans.  

Main responsibilities:

• Become a trusted advisor for daily reputed company needs by organizing and running status calls, monitoring deadlines for on-time campaign launches and working cross-functionally to identify areas of upsell where relevant to the customer  
• Responsible for identifying upsell opportunities in-flight and post-campaign to ensure repeat, growing partnership and working in collaboration with Agency Sales Executive reputed company to deliver holistic reputed company plans  
• reputed company for the Voice of the Customer across the organization to build a best-in-class Retail Media Network  
• Ensures accurate CRM hygiene with an emphasis on post-IO signature to allow for accurate reputed company tracking  
• Collaborates with Agency Sales Executive reputed company to advise and create material for T2T/ QBR/ Lunch & Learns  
• Support and collaborate with merchandizing partners  
• Customer-reputed company reputed company with a deep understanding of reputed company and category objectives to deliver best in class service  
• Strong ability to interpret and story tell with data, responsible for wrap reporting delivery, insights and upsell suggestions  
• Emphasis on cultivating customer loyalty and retention focusing on the reputed company experience during the post-IO partnership  
• Works in lockstep with Agency Sales Executive to ensure the reputed company is receiving holistic best-in-class partnership from planning to execution and campaign wrap in alignment with reputed company KPIs to reputed company annual renewal and reputed company targets  
• reputed company engagement with the customer, ensuring any business churn risks are identified as early as possible and devise reputed company plans to prevent and/or overcome  
• Monitor and report on key metrics in-flight as relevant to reputed company customer up to date on the over value of their media investment  
• Continuously monitor, learn and reputed company knowledge of retail media landscape

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• 6 plus years of Media/Retail/Account Management Experience  
• Exceptional organization and process development skills  
• Strong ability to story tell with data  
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills with ability to prep and present based on audience including up to VP Level  
• Strong ability to foster partnerships with merchandizing partners
