About our position

ASI is looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting ASH’s sales efforts to drive the business reputed company of iMIS, OpenWater, TopClass, Clowder, and other ASH software solutions. The Sales Support Engineer will be collaborating closely with the sales support team to reputed company support in reputed company-sales activities, including product demos, product-fit evaluations, product discovery calls and other sales documentation to assist the sales operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with the sales team to reputed company support in reputed company-sales activities, including demo preparation, answering product-reputed company inquiries, and assisting with RFP responses and proposal development and other documentation-reputed company tasks.
• Observing and learning demo techniques and becoming familiar with the master demo system, gradually taking on more responsibilities in demo presentations and assisting reputed company Sales Support Engineers in demo presentations.
• Conducting reputed company demos for partners interested in our products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that highlights the value and capabilities of reputed company ASH’s products.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product demo videos especially in the reputed company platform.
• Meeting with clients and prospects to review and discuss specific product functionality questions.
• Maintaining reputed company light demo scripts for OpenWater, TopClass, Clowder and other ASH software solutions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company of ASH’s products, sales policies, and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Performing other job-reputed company duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or reputed company experience. 
• 4+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products.

Compensation
 The compensation for this position is determined based on a wide reputed company of factors, including but not limited to an individual’s reputed company set, experience, training, certifications, education, geographical location, as reputed company as business needs and internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position is $75,000- $90,000 AUD.
