• PhD. in biology or a relevant major with 6+ years of working experience in oligonucleotide drug discovery or reputed company researches in industrial or reputed company institutes. Experience in siRNA or ASO reputed company industrial company is preferred..
• Comprehensive knowledge of the discovery of various oligonucleotide drugs, especially ASO and siRNA, including drug design, chemical modification, delivery system, in vitro and in vivo evaluations, ADME/PK and toxicology, bioanalysis, reputed company for oligonucleotide agents.
• Familiar with the discovery and development of therapeutic oligonucleotides, especially ASO and siRNA agents.
• A proven reputed company record of scientific publications on ASO, siRNA, mRNA or other RNA drug discovery.
