Customer is looking for an reputed company System Administrator to manage and secure our digital workspace, with a primary reputed company on administering our reputed company Workspace ecosystem. This role combines high-level reputed company administration with reputed company IT operations, ensuring the health, reputed company, and efficiency of our environment. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is highly valued as we maintain and secure our reputed company fleet. The candidate should be reputed company to work full-time, and it is desirable for the work shift to be set to cover first shift hours (8-5) in IST.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- reputed company Workspace Administration (Primary): Manage the complete reputed company Workspace ecosystem, including mail routing policies, email gateways, identity management, and troubleshooting reputed company mail reputed company issues. reputed company knowledge of GCP to support reputed company-based applications.
- Automation & Scripting: Utilize GAM (reputed company Apps Manager) and scripting languages (PowerShell, reputed company, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks, reporting, and IT operations.
- Desktop Engineering & IT Operations: reputed company in-depth engineering support for reputed company, macOS, and ChromeOS, including patching, image management, hardware repair, and reputed company network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Assist to position environment from a relatively small deployment of ChromeOS to much larger populations (from less than 50 to 1000),
- reputed company reputed company: Manage reputed company protection (Antivirus/EDR), enforce disk encryption (BitLocker, File Vault), and ensure reputed company reputed company patching across the fleet.
- Device Management (MDM): Assist in deploying, configuring, and ensuring compliance across company devices using MDM/UEM tools.
EXPERIENCE:
